Agreement
By accessing this website or joining the Loud & Cle.ar waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit the form.
The current service
Loud & Cle.ar has built an early automatic mastering product. The current website provides product information, a public blind listening test and a way to request access to private tests or a closed beta. Joining the general waitlist does not guarantee selection, access by a particular date, continued availability or any particular product feature.
Unless a specific reward or beta flow explicitly says otherwise, the current website does not accept audio uploads, sell mastering services or create a professional-client relationship.
Acceptable use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, probe or bypass its security, submit malicious code, automate abusive submissions, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or use the service to distribute unlawful or harmful material.
Product claims and listening tests
Descriptions of planned capabilities express product goals and current development direction, not a guarantee that every master will produce a particular artistic, technical or commercial result. Audio quality is subjective and depends on the source material, playback environment and listener.
Any private test may have additional instructions covering test integrity, confidentiality, audio rights and feedback. Those instructions will be presented before participation. Do not submit audio unless you own or control the necessary rights and the applicable test explicitly invites an upload.
Audio offered in the public blind test may be streamed or temporarily downloaded only for personal evaluation and participation in that test. It may not be republished, sampled, redistributed, trained on or used commercially.
Blind-test mastering reward
When the free-master reward is displayed on the blind-test landing page, a participant who completes one accepted, valid ballot may reserve one free automatic master for one eligible track and free access while the product remains in closed beta. The reward requires no card or purchase and is separate from the participant’s blind-test vote.
One reservation is allowed per participant and accepted test session. We may reject duplicate, automated, fraudulent, impossibly fast or otherwise invalid participation. We may also reject a track that the participant does not control, that violates law or third-party rights, that contains malicious material, or that cannot be processed under the file requirements supplied when the beta opens.
The participant must provide a working email address after the vote. We currently plan to open the beta within approximately one month, but this timing is an estimate rather than a guaranteed launch date. When the beta opens, eligible participants will receive an invitation and secure instructions to upload one track for the reserved free master.
The free master includes the automatic mastering output described in the beta instructions; it does not include unlimited revisions, mixing, stem work or a guarantee of a particular artistic or commercial result. Closed-beta access is free only for the duration of the closed beta and may change when the beta ends.
Intellectual property
The website, branding, visual design, text, software and other materials supplied by Loud & Cle.ar are owned by the project or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the public website for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, redistribute or commercially exploit the materials.
Third-party services
The website relies on third-party infrastructure and measurement providers, including Vercel, Google, Microsoft and Reddit services described in the Privacy Policy, and may later link to external services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or independent privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by its own terms.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and waitlist are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the current website.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any future paid product or beta may be governed by separate terms that will control in case of conflict.
Changes and contact
We may update the website and these terms as the product develops. The revision date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply from that point, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
Questions about these terms can be emailed to eli@loudandcle.ar or submitted through the contact and privacy request form.
